What material is this?

PU, silicone oil, acrylic adhesive, and blank release paper.

When should this tape not be used?

Avoid using on fragile, damaged, sunburned, red, or irritated skin.

Why did my skin get irritated when I used the tape?

Skin sensitivity varies from person to person, and certain factors, such as dryness or sensitivity to adhesives, can cause irritation when using the tape. Irritation can show up as redness, dryness, itching, burning, flaking, peeling of the skin or hyperpigmentation. A small percentage of people may experience an allergic reaction. 

If improperly applied, it can cause the tape to move causing friction or stretching of the skin if the tape is not securely flat on the skin. Irritation from friction can also be caused if there’s too much weight being pulled on the tape. We recommend applying multiple pieces of tape so that the focus of the weight is evenly distributed. Proper removal is also important to prevent the irritation from worsening.

The tape keeps coming off. How can I make it stick to my skin?

Certain skin may cause the tape to not stick well such as dry/flakey or sweaty skin. Ensure your skin is free of oil and dirt by cleaning the skin with rubbing alcohol. Remember to press down firmly before removing the liners of the tape.

Proper application is crucial not just for all-day hold, but also to prevent friction-related irritation. 

Make sure the tape fully adheres to your skin, with no lifted corners, to ensure comfort and long-lasting wear.

1. Clean skin with rubbing alcohol or use a barrier spray if you're using it on a sensitive area like the bust.

2. Remove the backing of the long side and apply to the skin. DO NOT remove the short liners first as it will cause the tape to wrinkle and not lay flat.

3. Gently separate the middle opening and peel the remaining liners. This ensures the tape goes on flat to avoid lifting, giving you an all day hold! If the short liners were removed first instead, it causes the corners to lift.

4. Secure the fabric to the skin.

Remember to perform a patch test by cutting a small piece and wearing it for 12 hours. If you feel hot, itchy, or any irritation, please remove it.

How do I remove the tape?

How to remove:

  1. If the fabric is still sticking to the tape, remove the tape by slowly rolling it to the side. Do not pull up or rip off a Bandaid either or you could damage your skin. For sensitive skin, you can use oil or rubbing alcohol to dissolve the adhesive. Rubbing alcohol is best for this! As you lift to the side, rub in the liquid while slowly pushing off the tape.
  2. If the fabric can be removed first, do not lift the tape up. The tape can be stretched off horizontally. Use rubbing alcohol as before to make the removal easier.

When will my package arrive?

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order means you can order before it's in stock. Please be aware that pre-ordering any item means that the order will not ship until the item stocks. If you order a pre-order item with an item in stock, the whole order will not ship until the pre-order item stocks.

Will I receive a tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent after the order processing has finished. Please make sure to check your junk folder in case our email was filtered there. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 days, feel free to email us!

I haven't received a reply from customer service yet

My tracking number shows it's been delivered but I didn't receive it.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for the location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

Who will pay for customs/taxes?

If there is an import tax, buyer must be responsible for paying for it.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped. If they have been shipped you cannot cancel.

Is the package discreet?

Yes, the package is discreet. We ship everything in a plain gray polybag, and for headbands, they arrive in a plain white box.

Can I return an item ?

Yes. Please contact our customer service to receive a return shipping label. Items must be returned within one week of receiving the return label. Please note that products must be in original condition for the refund to be processed. Your refund will consist of the amount you paid for the product, with the fee of the return label deducted.
